X-rays

A non-invasive procedure to detect abnormalities within the internal organs.

Radiographs, commonly called x-rays, are a very helpful diagnostic tool. We can use x-rays to diagnose all types of things, like pregnancy, fractured bones, asthma, bladder stones, and more.

What is the technology?

We have two types of technology for x-rays in our clinic. If we are taking dental x-rays, we use a film and developer system, and if we are taking limb or core x-rays we use a digital system.

Does the clinic also do feline dental x-rays?

Mill Creek Animal Hospital is proud to have the ability to do dental x-rays. When we are performing a dental prophy and find a tooth of concern, such as a tooth with a large pocket, fracture, or discoloration, we can take an x-ray to see what is going on below the gumline.

How much does cat x-rays cost?

Please call Mill Creek Animal Hospital and we would be happy to give information over the phone.
